Yes! We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes. Our chaperones are experienced in handling dogs with different temperaments, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What if my dog has special needs?

Please let us know in advance if your dog has any specific needs or requirements. We’re happy to accommodate any special requests, whether it’s medication, dietary restrictions, or behavioural considerations.

Can I meet the chaperone before the wedding?

Absolutely! We encourage meeting with your chaperone beforehand. This helps both you and your dog feel comfortable and ensures all expectations are aligned. 

What do I need to provide for my dog on the wedding day?

Please provide any necessary items, including food, medication, lead, collar, and any favourite toys or blankets for comfort. We’ll take care of the rest!

How many dogs can you manage at one wedding?

Our chaperones can manage multiple dogs, depending on the size of the event and the dogs' personalities. Just let us know how many dogs you plan to have, and we’ll discuss the best plan for your wedding.

What happens if my dog misbehaves during the wedding?

Our chaperones are trained to handle various dog behaviours. If a dog becomes disruptive or anxious, we’ll take appropriate steps to soothe them, whether that’s removing them to a quiet area or engaging them in a fun activity.

Is there a backup plan in case of an emergency?

Yes, we have contingency plans for any unexpected situations, including medical emergencies or last-minute changes in schedules. Your dog’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.
 

Do you have any insurance or liability coverage?

Yes, we are fully insured and take responsibility for the dogs in our care. We adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a worry-free experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Can you accommodate other pets besides dogs?

Currently, our focus is on dogs, but we may be able to accommodate other pets on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out and let us know!
